These terms govern the use of leadershiptrendspr.com and the associated consulting services. By continuing to browse or by requesting an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
1. About us
This site is owned by Leadershiptrendspr Asesoría Comunitaria LLC, an entity registered with the PR Department of State under number 481307. We operate exclusively within the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
2. We are not a government agency
Leadershiptrendspr is a private firm. We are not affiliated with FEMA, HUD, USDA, the IRS, the PR Department of the Treasury, or any other federal or state entity. If anyone suggests otherwise, report it immediately to the address listed on this page.
3. Scope of our services
We offer consulting, case file preparation, administrative appeals and follow-through. We do not grant benefits, we do not approve applications and we do not guarantee a specific result. The final decision always rests with the relevant agency.
4. Fees and payment
The initial consultation is free. If you retain us, we will sign a written service agreement detailing flat fees and, where applicable, a percentage of the recovered amount. We never charge a percentage upfront on funds not yet received.
5. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, and not to submit defamatory, fraudulent or third-party protected content. The contact form must not be used to transmit Social Security numbers or sensitive documents.
6. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, graphics, the stylized Taíno sun in our logo and the overall visual layout are owned by Leadershiptrendspr Asesoría Comunitaria LLC. Reproduction in whole or in part requires our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leadershiptrendspr is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. For active clients, liability is governed by the signed service agreement.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the San Juan Superior Court, unless the parties agree to prior mediation.
