Cookie Policy

This page explains how the Leadershiptrendspr cookie banner works and how we implement Google Consent Mode v2. If something is unclear after reading, write to privacidad@leadershiptrendspr.com.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. It is used to remember preferences (such as language) or to measure how a site is used. Some are essential, others are entirely optional.
2. Categories we use
We distinguish four categories: strictly necessary, measurement and performance, advertising, and personalized advertising. The first one is always on. The other three require your express authorization.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We load Google Ads tags (AW-18064110603) and, when applicable, GA4 with all consent parameters denied by default: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. Only when you decide to accept them in our banner do we call gtag('consent','update', …) to activate the categories you have authorized. Your choice is saved to localStorage and reapplied automatically on your next visit. If you clear your browser, the banner will appear again.
4. Your control at any time
At the bottom of the page you will find the “Cookie preferences” link, which opens the panel for changing your decision whenever you want. If you reject everything, the site keeps working normally: no service is blocked.
5. Third parties
If you enable advertising or measurement, data may be processed by Google LLC (Mountain View, California). Google will also respect the consent state you select via Consent Mode v2.
