Privacy Policy

At Leadershiptrendspr Asesoría Comunitaria LLC we treat your personal information with the same care we treat your financial case file. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights under Puerto Rico Act 247-2024 on Personal Data Protection, as well as HIPAA, GLBA and the Federal Privacy Act of 1974 when applicable.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

Data you voluntarily share through the contact form: name, email and the free-text message you write. If you decide to retain our services, we will also collect your Social Security number (to file tax returns and credits), FEMA or HUD case documents and income statements. All under a signed service agreement.

3. How we use it

To answer your message, schedule the free consultation and, if you retain us, file applications on your behalf with Hacienda PR, FEMA, HUD, USDA and other agencies. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Ever.

4. Cookies and Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with default denied values. No analytics or advertising cookie is activated before your explicit consent. Full details on our Cookie Policy.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact messages without a contract are deleted after 12 months. Active client files are kept for 7 years, as required by the PR Department of the Treasury for audits.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to privacidad@leadershiptrendspr.com or by mail to the Santurce office. We respond within 15 calendar days.

7. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will notify active clients by email. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the update date in plain sight.
